1. Orders

• Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully received.

• You’ll get a confirmation email or WhatsApp with your order ID and tracking info.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, suspected fraud, or pricing errors ( we’ll always notify you ).

2. Shipping

• Orders are dispatched within 1 – 3 working days.

• Delivery usually takes 3 – 7 business days, depending on your location.

• We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or other events beyond our control.

3. Returns & Exchanges

• Refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for details.

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, and items must be unused and in original condition.

4. Payments

All prices are in INR and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed through trusted and secure gateway ( like Razorpay , Stripe )

We do not store any of your card or banking details.

5. Product Display

We try to display product images and colors as accurately as possible, but screen settings may slightly affect how they appear. Sizes are clearly mentioned — please check our Size Guide before ordering.

If you create an account with us, you're responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login. We won’t be liable for any misuse unless it’s due to our error.
