We hustle hard to get your drip delivered fast, safe, and smooth.

1. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days ( excluding Sundays and public holidays ).

• During sales or new drops, processing may take a little longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait.

2. Shipping Time

• Cities around Dakshina Kannada 1 – 3 business days

• Other areas inside Karnataka state 2 – 4 business days

• Areas outside Karnataka 3 – 6 business days

• ( We ship all over India }

3. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders across India.

6. Delays & Exceptions

Delivery may be delayed due to bad weather, courier partner delays, or natural calamities.

If your address is unreachable or there's an issue, we’ll contact you for confirmation or alternate arrangements.

7. Missed Deliveries

Courier will attempt 2–3 deliveries. If undelivered, the item will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply if you want it sent again.

All payments are securely processed via Razorpay.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

5. Packing Options

We offer two types of packaging for your orders:

• Standard (Free) : Eco-friendly and neat protective packaging.

• Premium (Chargeable) : For a more refined touch, your product is packed inside a cotton jute bag — sustainable, neat, and perfect for a premium unboxing experience.

Choose the premium packaging option during checkout if you’d like premium packing.
